AS A GUIDE TO SHOW YOU WHAT OTHER PEOPLE HAVE BEEN ABLE TO SELL OR
BUY A SLED FOR ON EBAY.

JUST REMEMBER - SOMETIMES ON EBAY - 2 BIDDERS DRIVE A SLED'S PRICE
WAY UP OVER THE TRUE VALUE BECAUSE THEY BOTH WANT IT AND THEN
SOMETIMES A SLED CAN SELL ON EBAY FOR A LOT LESS THAN TRUE VALUE BECAUSE
OF THE TIME OF YEAR IT WAS POSTED OR THE WAY THE PERSON POSTED THE AD.

THIS GUIDE IS IN NO WAY INTENDED TO TELL YOU THE WORTH OF A SLED.
 AFTER ALL  A SLED IS WORTH ONLY WHAT THE BUYER IS WILLING TO PAY FOR IT.

HERE IS HOW THIS AD READ ON EBAY.

     My fall project is over now its time for someone to enjoy this pair of
Vintage Snowmobiles. Up for auction are 
two excellent 1972 Ski Doo Nordic 640E.  

I purchased these from an estate and they were stored indoors since 1978.
 I completely went through each sled from top to bottom.  They are ready for
the Vintage Ride.  They both have new batteries, fuel tank lines, oils, decals,
brakes checked, rollers and sprockets checked and very good tracks.  They both come with the original tool kits, manual, spare belts and most 
importantly the original Ski Doo Nordic covers as you can see in the
pictures they still look and fit perfect. One sled has 241 miles and the other
has 639 miles on it.  These are true and correct miles.

These two sleds have the complete guage and light package, electric start
and forward/nuetral/reverse transmissions.  These sleds are the top of the
line and are extremely fast and powerful.  Both come with factory hitches on
them and all the chrome Ski Doo offered.  I have owned plenty of 
snowmobiles and these are by far the best out there.  I am selling them
because I just do not have the room for them and I want someone who
truly enjoys the Vintage rides to own them.

I still have to put on the decal package on one of the sleds as you can see in
the pictures.  I did not use cheap decals, these are the top of the line decal
sets you can buy.  There is one sled with a crack in the corner of the
windshield that I repaired and it is stable to ride.  
I tried to find a windshield for it but was not successful.
