Hi David - I happened on to your Web site after seeing a very Unusual Sno Chief Snowmobile that a friend of mine has.
After reading the article you had on your web site.  I actually think I know One of George Dufrane's Son, Dale,
Who actually Runs the NAPA in Malone. 

I am attaching a picture of the Sno Chief Iroquois. I tried to get a good picture of the Tag.
It does have #1 for a serial number and I did notice the same machine in your 1975 Brochures you had on your web site.
Well If I can help in any way on getting more information for you about this sled, I would be glad to help you.
